1. Acceptance
By using TradeQuote.ie you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the platform.
2. Service Description
TradeQuote.ie provides a platform for homeowners to post jobs and receive quotes from registered tradespeople. We are a marketplace, not a party to any contract between homeowner and tradesperson.
3. Homeowners
The service is free for homeowners. You agree to provide accurate information about your job requirements. You are under no obligation to accept any quote received through the platform.
4. Tradespeople
Tradespeople must maintain valid public liability insurance (minimum €2.6M) and Revenue Tax Clearance at all times. Tradespeople agree not to contact homeowners for purposes other than the specific job posted. Failure to comply may result in account suspension.
5. Liability
TradeQuote.ie acts as an introducer only. We are not responsible for the quality of work performed by tradespeople, or for any disputes arising from jobs arranged through the platform. We strongly recommend homeowners obtain written quotes and sign contracts with tradespeople before work begins.
6. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of Ireland. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Irish courts.
